Reanimatie is the company of Réan vd Groenendaal Specialist in Frontend Development and Design.

Réan asked me to create a cartoon figure of him for his website. Because he didn’t have a logo yet, I told him I thought it was a good idea to create a cartoon that could also be implemented in a logo. So I started working and created a cartoon with the logotype and the whole nine yards to complete the Reanimatie Identity.

With more than a hundred advertising pylons at the busiest junctions in the Netherlands, Interbest ensures that highway advertising is one of the most effective ways to reach millions of affluent consumers every day.

Interbest has introduced a new advertising pillar, one with legs provided with led displays. To get the clients enthusiastic they wanted to have some movies of different scenarios. Just the right job for Billy to make it look real. I made 8 clips in total, 2 showing the possibilities of changing the color of the legs, 2 showing moving text, 2 with moving pictures and two with the legs playing video content.

Interbest Demo Breakdown

To give a little idea of what I have done, I made a Breakdown clip. It started all with a photograph which I devided into seperate layers. I dropped all these layers in a coposite and worked my magic. I hope you enjoy this.

Reservoir Mugs

My buddy Mr. Zimmerman was in the studio when I gave him his coffee, he looked at me and asked me why I gave him the pink mug… That reminded me of the Reservoir Dogs scene, here is the A guy called Billy version as it would heve played out:

“Pantone 1545 C, Pantone 549 C, Pantone 464 C, Pantone 286 C, Pantone 021 C, and Pantone 230 C”
“Why do I have Pantone 230 C?”
“Cause you’re a faggot.”
“Why can’t we pick out our own colors?”
“I tried that once, it don’t work. You get four guys fighting over who’s gonna have Pantone Black 4C. Since nobody knows anybody else, nobody wants to back down. So forget it, I pick. Be thankful you don’t got Pantone 388C.”
“Yeah, but Pantone 1545 C? That’s too close to Shit.”
“Yeah, Pantone 230 C looks like Pussy. Tell you what, let me have Pantone 2583 C. That sounds good to me, I’ll have Pantone 2583 C.”
